Acubta is a marketplace connecting verified financial professionals with SMEs and individual clients across Africa.

Tools include: Smart matching, AI content automation, Scheduling & bookings, Messaging, Automated social posting.

Use of the platform means you accept these Terms.

• Financial Professional: Verified accountant, bookkeeper, consultant, etc.
• Client: A business or individual seeking services
• User: Anyone using Acubta
• You: The person or entity using Acubta

Using the platform means agreeing to current and future updated terms. Continued use = acceptance.

• Verified listings
• Smart client matching
• Booking & messaging tools
• AI content features
• Subscription tiers for pros
• Optional Pro features for clients

• You must be age 18+
• Legally capable under local law
• Use is void where prohibited

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials confidential
• Use platform lawfully
• Not impersonate professionals
• Acubta may suspend/terminate violators

Tiered plans for professionals. Clients can upgrade to Pro. Fees non-refundable except where law requires.

• Acubta does NOT hold, process, or manage professional service payments
• Is not a payment intermediary, billing agent, or escrow
• Is not responsible for: Pricing, Non-payment, Disputes, Refunds, Contractual issues
• Financial arrangements occur outside the platform. Payments to Acubta relate ONLY to Acubta's own services.

Acubta provides AI content generation features with credit-based usage. See subsections below for detailed policies.

• Credits allocated per plan
• Reset monthly
• No rollover → expire monthly
• Used for generating text, images, videos

• Buy anytime
• Added instantly
• Expire end of current period
• Non-refundable unless system error

Higher-tier plans get faster processing. Lower-tier may experience queue delays.

• Users must not generate: Illegal content, Offensive/harmful content, Infringing content
• Acubta may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts.

Acubta may adjust credits, pricing, and system limits with notice.

Acubta may log prompts, credits consumed, and usage timestamps. Used only for fair use enforcement and system improvement. Governed by privacy policy.

• Users indemnify Acubta from claims arising from: User platform activity, Breach of terms, Disputes with other users

• Acubta is not liable for: Accuracy or quality of professional services, Downtime or service interruptions, Indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is capped at subscription fees from previous 60 days.

Acubta may suspend or terminate any user violating terms. Account access stops immediately upon termination.

South African law applies. Conflicts of law excluded.
