- Financial Professional: Verified accountant/bookkeeper/tax consultant/auditor.
- Client: Entity seeking financial services.
- User: Anyone using Acubta.
- You/Your: The person or organization accessing the platform.
Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.

You must be 18+ and legally capable.
Provide accurate info, maintain confidentiality, use lawfully, don't impersonate or bypass payments.
Professionals subscribe to tiered plans. Clients can use basic or "Pro" accounts. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You indemnify Acubta from losses or disputes resulting from your use or breach.
Acubta isn't liable for accuracy, interruptions, or indirect damages. Liability is capped at the past 60 days' subscription fee.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
Governed by South African law.
