Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy apply to all Users of Acubta, including Financial Professionals and Clients.
Non-Refundable
All subscription fees, AI credit purchases, upgrades, and add-on services are final and non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Digital Services
Acubta provides immediately-accessible digital services, which are exempt from most mandatory refund laws.
All subscription fees, AI credit purchases, upgrades, and add-on services are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed. By subscribing or purchasing any digital service on Acubta, you acknowledge that access to the Platform and its features is provided immediately, and that these digital products are not eligible for return or reversal.
- Monthly or annual subscription plans
- Pro or Enterprise upgrades
- Auto-renewed billing cycles
- Unused platform features
- Unused or expired AI credits
- User error or lack of usage
- You may downgrade or switch plans at the next billing cycle, but completed charges remain non-refundable.

Refunds may only be given if required by applicable law, OR proven system errors prevented access. Requests must be sent to legal@acubta.com with evidence.

Acubta is not responsible for bank fees, payment provider fees, mobile money fees, or currency conversion charges. These are non-refundable.

Financial professionals use tiered plans. Clients may upgrade to Pro. Payments to Acubta are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acubta does not manage payments between clients & professionals, is not an escrow provider or intermediary, does not handle disputes or debt recovery, and only provides marketplace tools. Payments to Acubta are only for access to its own platform services.
